Alice: Mr Xu，please allow me to congratulate XingChen Group went public in Hong Kong last week.It is a great honor to invite you as the cover of this issue.

Xu: Thanks for your praise，I'm also gratified that XingChen Group can achieve today's success. Several years ago, it was just my personal music studio. I'm so grateful that all of the hard-working staffs in XingChen. Without them, without today's XingChen.

Alice:Great! Besides a singer,a merchant,it is said that you're still a fashion icon. Are you extremely concerning yourself in clothes matching？

Xu：Not really. I won't tend to pay more attention to clothes，sometimes my manager or assistant will prepare suits in advance if I need to present public ceremonies. But in my spare time, I prefer to go to those minor unique clothing stores and select some leisure clothes fit my style.

Alice: Right,from your former photos, we find you have a wonderful taste in clothes match，can you talk about your understanding of fashion？

Xu: In my opinion, it is hard to give a certain definition for "fashion". Even the most famous clothes designer in the world is unable to definite it exactly. But I always keep a point: fashion is not equal to "alien", although everyone wants to be special and distinctive, but you know that too much water will drown the miller. I do think "fashion" is to keep my personality, as well as select clothes fits my taste.By the way, I possess my own clothes brand, and I have been learning to be a designer.

Alice: Fine,it seems that you are quite a character. Could you give more specific about your clothes style？

Xu: In fact, I usually won't concern about certain brand, and quite a few clothes of mine is offered by brand sponsors.When I was 20s,I was always wearing in bright. For a pop singer, the biggest career dream is to be the center of public. I think it's important to keep a positive，energetic，and active figure when I was facing those audiences and fans.

However，as a business man, I tend to look mature and generous, most of time I'll care more dark colors. Of course，my leisure clothes'style is diverse.Casual for home party, suits for public. I think "fashion" is a kind of personal style or life attitude,not only for clothes.

Alice: Aha,it sounds that to be a fashion icon is interesting, however,to be the CEO of a large company, maybe you will feel more stressful.

Xu: Of course,I was just a signing singer before，just like trainees in South Korea. From a singer to the CEO of a public company，I still remain the stage of learning and attempting.I'm always exploring that how to become a capable top manager.

Alice: Maybe you're so modest，Mr.Xu. Before this interview，we have known that you are an extremely influential singer in China pop music field. During your career,you have released over 20 personal albums and the whole sales is considerable. Also，you have the experience of setting up your own music company before. In summary，I think you really possess the potential and ability to be an excellent business man.

Xu：Obviously, you must have made much effort for today's chat. Indeed，besides the title of XingChen's founder，I'm also a singer. Twenties'years ago，I was well-known because of a talent show，and then I became a professional singer, then I have been working for a large media company in China mainland until my contract expired.

Alice：So，you mean that you resigned from your former company and start your own career？You are so courageous!

Xu: Yeah, I said goodbye to my former boss，and decided to set up my music studio，maybe you don't know, today's XingChen Group just develops from it.At first，our main business focus on music，on the one hand，as a singer,music is my major;on the other hand, becoming an excellent professional singer，is my own perpetual life pursuit，not only for career.

Alice: Wow, Mr Xu, We're so surprise that you're willing to share your experience about your career. Are your parents musicians？Do you graduate from music academy？

Xu：Indeed，I was involved in music when I was a middle student. and I do graduate from a music university in China, and my major is popular music & dance.

But my parents are ordinary wage earners. Although my mother loves singing, she just see it as a hobby. But I have to say, my music talent comes from my mother, she can sing very high-pitch songs easily.

Alice: It is ture that your family provides you a good environment for your career. But can you talk about your attitude or feelings about music？

Xu: For me, music is not only a hobby,job,or a way to make money.It's my favorites in my life. I always think I'm so lucky and proud that I can choose my favorite thing as my whole life's career. Without deeply love,I won't persist it for so many years. This is also the most important reason that my fans are always giving strong backing to me. If I can't do my favorite job, I won't feel any happiness in my rest life.

Alice: Well,I agree with your point. Interest is the best teacher for a person.And besides music, could you tell us the reason you start to get involved in vast media industry？

Xu: Recent years, the development of Chinese economy is getting increasingly better. Also，the prospect of our mainland culture industry is promising. As a business man, I'm aware of the importance of looking into the future with a long-term view. At the same time, as a public figure，I hope I can try my best to do some contribution for our national economy.

Alice: Got it. Mr Xu is also a person full of responsibility.And you said that you possess your own brand. Can you talk about XingChen's fashion business in the near future？

Xu: Fashion business is a key point among XingChen's layout，and we still have been cultivating new stars or models since fashion business group founded. We have our own mature training system for newcomers,too. I hope one day that our own stars will come to Paris to attend the Fashion Week，or my own clothes brand can be appreciated by this field.

Alice：So do I. Your dream will come true in the near future. Time is fleeting so fast,in the end, would you mind talking something about your future life love？Is that girl whom you expressed your appreciation in Hong Kong？

Xu: Well，at the beginning, I said that I don't want to talk about my privacy, but now I just intend to say a little bit. Just that girl you know, I appreciate her for a long time, and I hope one day she can accept my love.

Alice：Wow，I guess that she must very beautiful and extremely excellent？
